COVID-19 update [reviewed Sept 22 2021]: the Ontario government is now requiring proof of vaccination for entry to select businesses. Until further notice, and out of an abundance of caution and care for my clients and myself, I have decided that my in-person services will remain suspended. Online services remain available.

Fall/Winter 2021 Hours:

Online sessions are available on Wednesdays 10:00am-5:00pm ET, and Thursdays 11:00am-6:00pm ET.

All sessions must be requested at least 1 day in advance.

Please contact me via email or the form below if available times displayed for your session type do not fit your schedule, as I may have some limited flexibility outside of regular schedule. Time slots outside of my posted regular Wed/Thu availability may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis with at least 1 week’s notice.

  • Holistic Roots Wellness at 475 Cambridge St S Ottawa ON K1S 4H6. By appointment only – no walk-ins. *If you are a client of other practitioners at Holistic Roots, please contact them regarding their protocol on proof of vaccination.


Your appointment request will typically be confirmed (or alternate time/date offered, if a conflict exists) within 4-8 hours of submission. Appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your desired time.

Please review the Client Practitioner Agreement and Release Form when booking your session regarding rescheduling and cancellation policy.
